We are looking to expand our team and recruit a chef /cook to join our team at Betty Berkins. This position is based on 32 hours per week.
The desirable candidate(s) will have experience in a busy kitchen and will need to be creative, have a great attention to detail.
The desirable candidate will need to have minimum Level 2 food and hygiene qualifications.
The cafe is currently open 5 days a week so the position will include some weekend work.
Wage to be negotiated depending on experience.
Job description
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
