Website Town and Country Estate and Letting Agents

  • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Assisting the property managers with phone calls, administration and move in assistance.
  • To engage with all clients in a positive manner ensuring that the highest levels of customer care and service are always maintained. To include, responding to Right Move enquiries and arranging property viewings.
  • Co-ordinating maintenance for properties including liaising with contractors and Landlords to ensure authorisation for work and the management of any associated invoices.
  • Working with the property manager to ensure relevant mid-term inspections are carried out.
  • Maintaining and monitoring portfolio records and keeping all records relevant and up to date.
  • Ability to build positive rapport with our clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written  communication skills.
  • A good telephone manner is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Capacity to multi-task and work well under pressure both individually and as part of the team.
  • Very desirable but not essential, UK driving license and access to own vehicle.

31-40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 – 5:30pm including one Saturday once a month, working between 9-1:00pm with a day off in lieu the following week.
Further training is provided online by Rent Smart Wales and Property Mark, where the successful applicant can work towards obtaining their qualifications.

At least four GCSE’s grade 4/C or equivalent including Maths and English.
