These visits combine high-energy fitness circuits with powerful assemblies that encourage children to prioritise healthy eating, physical activity, and positive mental health. The Role

We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll work across different areas of the business, build valuable transferable skills, and play a key part in helping schools deliver meaningful experiences for their pupils.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Confidently communicating with schools and explaining the benefits of our athlete-led programmes
• Handling enquiries and using strong customer service skills to support lead generation and sales
• Updating and managing our CRM system to track customer interactions and sales progress
• Keeping accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-up actions
• Supporting the events team with organising and scheduling school visits
• Assisting the customer service team with calls and administrative tasks
• Gathering feedback after events and encouraging re-bookings

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional phone manner
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Confidence speaking to a wide range of people
• A genuine interest in customer service and making an impact
