At ActivKids UK, we’re on a mission to inspire the next generation. We partner with schools across the UK and arrange for Team GB athletes to visit, lead high-energy fitness circuits, and deliver powerful assemblies focused on healthy eating, physical fitness, and mental wellbeing. Every event raises vital funds for schools and supports unsponsored athletes — so the work we do truly makes a difference.

We’re now looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and creative Business Administration Apprentice to join our growing team.

The Role

As a Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, developing valuable skills in customer service, sales, marketing, and events coordination. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who enjoys being organised, communicating with people, and contributing ideas.

You’ll be fully supported with all training provided, working closely with a friendly, ambitious team in a fast-paced office environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Confidently communicating the benefits of our programmes and answering customer enquiries
  • Using strong customer service skills to support lead generation and drive sales
  • Updating and managing our CRM system to track customer interactions and sales progress
  • Keeping accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-up actions
  • Supporting the events team with organising and scheduling school visits
  • Contributing to marketing ideas, market research, and lead generation initiatives

  • An interest in business, marketing, or customer service
  • Someone who enjoys working as part of a small, supportive team
