Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Apprentice Joiner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with various construction methods. This role requires proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople on site. As an apprentice Joiner, you will be responsible for learning how work with all joinery aspects of on-site work.
Responsibilities
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete joinery tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Assist with additional construction tasks as required, including masonry work or roofing activities.
Qualifications
- Willing to learn or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools relevant to joinery work.
- Knowledge of masonry techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to perform basic carpentry tasks is a plus.
- Familiarity with bricklaying processes can enhance your application.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent finishing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.

Job: Full-time
Pay: £10.00 – £14.00 per hour
Work hours: 37 per week
