What You’ll Be Doing
As an Apprentice Quality Inspector, you’ll be part of a team that ensures our products and processes
meet the highest standards. You’ll learn how to:
Inspect Products
• Check parts and finished products to make sure they meet design specifications.
• Use tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to measure and record results.
• Spot and report any issues or defects.
Support Manufacturing Processes
• Help ensure our production processes follow approved procedures.
• Assist in checking that changes to processes are working as expected.
• Learn how to support quality checks like MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis).
Document and Report
• Keep accurate records of inspections and findings.
• Help track quality data like scrap, rework, and first-time pass rates.
• Take part in problem-solving when things go wrong.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement
• Share your observations and ideas to help us improve.
• Join quality audits and improvement projects.
• Learn how to support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
• A strong interest in engineering, manufacturing, or quality.
• Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Commitment to study
Desirable (but not required):
• Any hands-on experience e.g. workshop or factory.
• Interest in automotive or high-volume production.
