Customer Services Apprentice (Level 2)
We have a vacancy for a starter role for an individual wanting to develop a career in customer services. This role encompasses on-the-job learning, if necessary day release learning at Coleg Cambria (Deeside) or dedicated hours for training onsite during office hours and operational duties in our offices on Deeside Industrial Park CH5 2UA. Working hours will be 9:00 to 17:30 weekdays.
It is essential that candidates are organised and meticulous, have excellent communication skills including dealing with the general public on the phone and are good team members. They must be able to demonstrate a genuine interest and enthusiasm for customer services and must have five or more GCSE passes including English and Maths. Applicants must be able to independently get to our site at 2 Tenth Avenue, Deeside Industrial Park, Deeside, CH5 2UA.
Any first year (and under 18) apprentice salary at Biofortuna is enhanced and is £16,575 (£8.50 per hour) including paid time for day release study. Apprentices aged 18 to 20 get £21,500 (£11.02 per hour). Apprentices over the age of 21 are paid £24,500 (£12.56 per hour). Other benefits include: enhanced pension, private medical and dental cover, life insurance, 14 days full pay for sickness, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and an extra day for your birthday, free parking, and free refreshments and fruit.
