We are base in Mold, and we import lift components from our factories in Europe. Wittur is a worldwide company.

The candidate would have a good grounding in finance but would also have their own job responsibilities.

We work 8.30 to 5.00 with a half hour for lunch. 40 Hours per week.

The applicant will be supported in their studies with time off for college and to study.

We really want someone who wants a career and not just a job.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Commit to AAT qualification with regular college attendance as required. This qualification delivers a solid foundation in finance administration, covering areas such as double entry bookkeeping, basic costing principles and using accounting software. Students will learn finance, accountancy, business and communications skills.
  • Maths and English grade C or above
  • Cover access to building for visitors and support group incoming calls
  • Credit control
  • Maintain Pro Forma invoice log
  • Ad hoc EMEA credit control support
  • Record incoming remittances, file remittances when posted to customer accounts by FM
  • Email outgoing correspondence to customers: Wittur bank account details, notification of wrong payee; underpayment, missing remittance advices
  • Respond to requests from customers for copy invoices, statements, and customer purchase orders
  • Send out reference requests for customers applying for credit facilities
  • Deal with incoming post and forward to relevant departments.
  • Update and maintain supply of staff attendance sheets
  • Order/book transport, accommodation, refreshments, and restaurant bookings
  • Stationery orders, keep server room and stationery cupboard tidy
  • File copy invoices and match to sales order acknowledgements, delivery notes and customer purchase orders
  • Maintain invoice register for answering invoice related queries
  • Input purchase credit notes after checking and attaching all relevant paperwork
  • Reconcile company credit cards, ensuring legitimate receipts, pass for checking to the FM.
  • Reconcile staff cash expenses, ensuring legitimate receipts, pass for checking to the FM
  • Input of online sterling BACS payments and EURO international transfer payments, FM will approve payments online.
  • Ad hoc Group Head Office requests as and when required
  • Assist with year-end procedures
