PDQ Workspace

 

Daily duties:

  • Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Provide general administrative support to the admin team
  • Support the recruitment process including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
  • Help manage absence records, holiday requests, and timesheets
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the HR & admin department

Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, letters, and reports

Desirable personal qualities of apprentice:

  • A genuine interest in Human Resources and people management
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administration Apprentice to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment while working towards a recognised qualification. You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR & admin department and contribute to the smooth running of administrative processes.

Qualifications required:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths – Grade C/4 or above
