Daily Duties:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and identify and meet customers’ needs.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Use social media to promote offers, generating customer engagement and sales leads.
- Participating in promotional events and activities to increase exposure of the branch.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the branch
Desirable personal qualities of the apprentice:
- Strong commitment to work towards individual and team targets and overcome challenges
- Good organisational and time-management skills and takes responsibility for their own development
- A team player who engages and collaborates with colleagues and customers at all times
- Competent IT Skills
- Good accuracy and numerical skills
- Enthusiasm and positive attitude with a commitment to contribute to the growth of the business
- A passion to work within tourism although travel experience is not essential
- Flexibility to work variable shift patterns each week which includes weekends and Bank Holidays
Qualifications required:
- English and Maths GCSE or equivalent at grade 4 or above
Hours: 37.5 per week
Pay: £10,296 per year
Apprenticeship: The successful candidate must be willing to work towards a Customer Service L2 qualification.
