Daily Duties: 

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and identify and meet customers’ needs.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Use social media to promote offers, generating customer engagement and sales leads.
  • Participating in promotional events and activities to increase exposure of the branch.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operation of the branch

Desirable personal qualities of the apprentice:

  • Strong commitment to work towards individual and team targets and overcome challenges
  • Good organisational and time-management skills and takes responsibility for their own development
  • A team player who engages and collaborates with colleagues and customers at all times
  • Competent IT Skills
  • Good accuracy and numerical skills
  • Enthusiasm and positive attitude with a commitment to contribute to the growth of the business
  • A passion to work within tourism although travel experience is not essential
  • Flexibility to work variable shift patterns each week which includes weekends and Bank Holidays

Qualifications required:

  • English and Maths GCSE or equivalent at grade 4 or above

Hours: 37.5 per week

Pay: £10,296 per year

Apprenticeship: The successful candidate must be willing to work towards a Customer Service L2 qualification.
