WE ARE A FIRM OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS WITH OFFICES IN CHESTER, WREXHAM AND SALTNEY.
WE ARE ACTIVELY SEEKING AN ADMINISTRATIVE APPRENTICE TO JOIN OUR TEAM. THE ROLE WILL ALSO ENTAIL ASSISTING IN OUR BUSY PAYROLL DEPARTMENT.
THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION IN OUR CHESTER OFFICE WITH THE EQUIVALENT OF ONE DAY PER WEEK AS STUDY LEAVE TO OBTAIN LEVELS 2 AND 3 DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION.
YOU WILL NEED TO BE SELF-MOTIVATED, HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND WORK WELL AS A TEAM.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
•GENERAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES (FILING, SCANNING, PHOTOCOPYING, ERRANDS ETC)
•DEALING WITH DAY-TO-DAY CLIENT QUERIES VIA TELEPHONE AND EMAIL
•ASSISTING THE PAYROLL DEPARTMENT DURING BUSY PERIODS;
ENTERING DATA INTO OUR PAYROLL SYSTEMS AND SPREADSHEETS.
•AD HOC DUTIES AS AND WHEN REQUIRED
KNOWLEDGE OF EXCEL, WORD AND OTHER MICROSOFT OFFICE
PROGRAMS IS PREFERABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL AS FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN.

Full time position based in our Chester office with the equivalent of one day per week as study leave to obtain levels 2 and 3
Diploma in Business
Administration.
