We are looking for a Social Media Recruitment Advisor to join our HR team in the Head Office at Talacre Beach Resort in Flintshire, North Wales. Fantastic competitive salary!

This is a permanent position to work full time hours. The successful candidate will work standard office hours Monday to Friday.

About the role

Working within a busy team, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process, providing a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The position requires social media experience ideally within a recruitment setting and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organisation. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is also preferred.

Main responsibilities:

The successful Social Media Recruitment Advisor will

·      Utilise social media to attract relevant interest

·      Support and encourage social media engagement by providing ideas for content on all of our recruitment channels

·      Identify potential candidate pools through research and networking with an emphasis on social media

·      Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing and interview scheduling

·      Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs

·      Provide guidance on best recruitment practices to hiring managers

·      Conduct initial candidate pre screens and co-ordinate interviews for hiring managers

·      Provide interview feedback

Requirements:

Ideally the successful candidate will have social media experience within a recruitment setting. The ability to communicate effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous in order to get to and from the resort. Positive attitude towards work with a willingness to learn. The ability to manage own time to complete tasks in time of deadlines.

Desired criteria
