This role can be full-time or part-time.

We can offer NVQ training in house.

Working with fresh, locally sourced produce to create dishes to high standards.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, excellent organisational skills, good team worker, the ability to prioritize and work well under pressure.

Duties to include:

To follow steps from Executive Head Chef to maintain strict health and hygiene standards throughout all process within the kitchen and storage areas.

To wear a clean uniform every shift.

Cooking food to customer requests, maintaining any allergen or intolerance’s are adhered to.

Assist and keep all cooking stations adequately supplied for smooth running of daily activities. Preparing menu items and accompaniments and plating dishes in accordance with Executive Chef guidelines.

To set up kitchen with all requirements needed, checking clean utensils, food is fresh and in date and disposing of any not suitable in the correct procedures.

Working 3 / 5 (depending on full or part time role) out of 7 days on a weekly rota basis.
