Playworker/Childcare Assistant for Flying Start

The Fun Club at Ysgol Maes y Felin is a CIW registered Out of School Club and offers 24 places for children to enjoy safe, stimulating play opportunities within an equal opportunities framework.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Senior Playworker to:

·    Ensure the legal obligations as set out in the relevant regulations are met;

·        Assist with the smooth operation of the Club;

·        Ensure the provision of a safe and stimulating play environment in which children are able to play freely.

·        Maintain records and complete administrative tasks

·        Successful applicant will be qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare

·        Successful applicant will be expected to attend training to update their skills
