About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Trainee Electrician to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while working on a variety of commercial projects across the UK. You will work closely with experienced electricians, gaining hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and fault-finding in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist qualified electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial sites
Support in reading and interpreting technical drawings and wiring diagrams
Learn to use a variety of electrical tools, equipment, and testing devices safely and effectively
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures
Travel regularly to different sites, including frequent overnight stays
What We’re Looking For
Eagerness to learn and develop electrical skills
Good practical and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work away from home for extended periods
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work well as part of a team
Basic understanding of electrical work
Full UK driving licence is advantageous although not essential
Must be 18+
