Care Worker

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to individuals who require help with daily living activities. For this role you must have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities:
– Provide assistance and support to individuals who require care and support in their daily activities
– Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
– Administer medication as prescribed and ensure proper documentation
– Help with meal preparation and feeding
– Assist with mobility and transfers
– Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
– Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
– Monitor and report any changes in client’s condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
