We are looking to expand our nursery team, fantastic opportunity and future prospects for the right person/people. Our first apprentice is now qualified and still with us after nearly 3 years.

Daily duties:
- To provide a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment, both indoors and outdoors, always.
- Meeting children’s daily needs including feeding, toileting and nappy changing
- Accompany the nursery staff on walks and visits to the nature reserve and forest school ensuring the safety of the children
- Keeping the environment (indoor and outdoor) clean, tidy and safe, report any issues
- Supervise child led play
- Engage with children during activities and play
- Record children’s daily activities on our nursery app
We are a new and unique childcare setting in a rural yet accessible location. We care for children from the age of 9 months (Monday-Friday). We are working towards accreditation with The Curiosity Approach and have a strong focus on outdoor play and education, child led play, freedom and getting the children out on walks and adventures as much as possible. Days are filled with fun and laughter.
The successful candidate/candidates will be joining the existing team in caring for the children ideally for 3 or 4 days per week.
