We are looking for a reliable and motivated Junior / Trainee AV & Warehouse Technician to support the preparation, maintenance, and movement of audio-visual equipment for events, installations, and daily warehouse operations. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone interested in building a career in the AV industry.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist with preparing AV equipment for events
● Load, unload, and organise equipment in the warehouse
● Check equipment in and out using inventory systems
● Perform basic testing and cleaning of AV equipment
● Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and organisation
● Pack and label equipment safely for transport
● Follow health & safety procedures at all times
● Assist with deliveries and collections when required
Skills & Requirements
● Good communication and teamwork skills
● Willingness to learn and take instruction
● Basic understanding of technology or electronics preferred
● Physically fit and able to lift equipment safely
● Good timekeeping and reliability
● Attention to detail and organisation skills
● Basic computer skills beneficial
● Full UK driving licence is an advantage but not essential

● Basic troubleshooting techniques
Working Conditions
● Warehouse-based with occasional onsite event work
● May include early mornings, evenings, or weekend shifts
