Based in Wrexham, North Wales, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Level 2 Business Administration Apprentice to join our team and develop valuable skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About the Role

As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will support various departments across the business, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day administrative activities. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and receive on-the-job training while completing your Level 2 qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
Managing email correspondence and responding to customer enquiries.
Maintaining accurate records and updating company databases.
Filing and organising electronic and paper documents.
Assisting with customer orders, quotations, and delivery paperwork.
Supporting production, sales, purchasing, and finance teams with administrative tasks.
Preparing documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
Scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
Ensuring company information is handled confidentially and accurately.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the business.
What We’re Looking For

Essential

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and professional approach to work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
Previous work experience, placement, or volunteering experience.
An interest in manufacturing or business operations.
